The High Performance Training Group (HPTG) is a company that works business to business, and we focus on the biggest asset of your business; your employees. Without people who are our clients and customers there would be no need for products or services, therefore eliminating the need of manufactures, wholesale dealers, retailers, services, and employees. You and your employees directly or indirectly affect your customers. In addition, we have found that when a company invests in their employees, employees are happier, more effective, and more loyal.
We have found that more often than not, when a business is struggling in any area, employees and the work environment are at the root. This is where the HPTG comes in. We teach conflict management, personal skill, and communication, which are all foundations for working with managers, colleagues, and customers. We desire to work with companies’ management and employees to teach them the skills needed to create a high performance work place. Positive, stable, and efficient work places are just more profitable.
The HPTG offers strategic training based on adult learning. To sit through a 3-4 hour workshop can be very boring, and at the end of the time the attendees didn’t get anything out of their time spent. We want our workshops to impact the short and long term goals, actions, thoughts, and ideas of those in attendance. In order do so we engage the attendee through energetic lectures, flipcharts, overheads, videos, large and small group discussions, music, and various kinds of engaging hands-on activities.

The training workshops that the HPTG offer are high energy, attention grabbing, filled with great ideas, challenge the attendee, and offer the opportunity for short and long term goals to be achieved. It will not only positively affect the individual but also the people they daily encounter, and the company they represent.
For example, High Impact, one of the many courses offered include 7 modules focusing on having a high impact on management, colleagues, and/or customers. People come from a plethora of backgrounds, and past situations and experiences can and do influence our personal life. The personal life of an individual does influence the professional life. It’s learning the skills to work through negative situations and still perform highly in the work place. When employees feel important, are given opportunities to learn, and are happy they will work smarter and harder making and make the company more money increasing the bottom line.
